From inventory to payment.

Send the equipment list you have. We review the project, issue a written offer, and handle pickup, verification, and payment. No auction, and no extra vendors to coordinate.

The process

01

Send the inventory

Send a spreadsheet, equipment list, or rack photos. Include models, quantities, condition, location, and whether drives are installed when you know those details.

02

We review the project

Within 24 hours, we ask remaining questions and confirm whether the project is a fit.

03

You receive a written offer

The offer shows what we are buying, any project costs, what we cannot take, and the amount you receive or owe.

04

We schedule pickup

For qualifying Colorado projects, we target pickup within 72 hours of acceptance. Access and timing are confirmed before we arrive.

05

We pick up the equipment

We load the agreed equipment, and both sides confirm what transferred.

06

We verify and pay

We reconcile the equipment against the offer and pay within 48 hours after verification.

07

We route the equipment

Accepted equipment moves into remarketing, a reuse route, or an approved recycling route.

Every offer has a stated outcome.

You will see what we pay for the equipment and any costs tied to the rest of the project. If pickup differs from the list, we document the difference. The amount changes only after you approve.

Payment to you

If the equipment is worth more than the cost of handling the project, we pay you the difference.

Zero-dollar transfer

If the equipment value covers the project costs, the equipment leaves and no money changes hands.

A stated project fee

Some material costs more to handle than it is worth. If that applies, the cost appears in the offer before you approve.

Timing you can plan around.

We respond within 24 hours, schedule qualifying Colorado pickups within 72 hours, and pay within 48 hours after verification. Large projects or limited site access can take longer, and we set that timeline with you before pickup.

We treat every drive as if it still holds your data. Before anything leaves your site, we agree in writing on what happens to it, who is responsible, and what documentation you receive.
