Offers, pickup, and data handling
What equipment do you buy?
Our core purchase is enterprise servers, storage, networking, GPUs, and components. You can include the rest of the room in the same project. The written offer states what we buy and what can leave with it.
Can we send a mixed or incomplete inventory?
Yes. Mixed loads and incomplete lists are normal. Send what you have, including photos if they are easier, and we will fill in the remaining details.
How do you price an offer?
We look at model, configuration, quantity, condition, and current demand. There is no fixed payout percentage. The written offer is the number.
Will we get paid, break even, or owe a fee?
It depends on the equipment and the rest of the project. The offer shows purchase value, any project charges, and the net amount before you decide.
What if the equipment does not match the list?
We document the difference and review it with you. If the amount needs to change, you approve the revised offer first. There are no silent price changes.
How quickly do you respond, pick up, and pay?
We respond within 24 hours. We target pickup within 72 hours for qualifying Colorado projects, and payment within 48 hours after verification.
Where do you work?
We pick up across Colorado, with the Front Range as our operating center. For qualifying equipment elsewhere, we can arrange insured inbound freight.
Is pickup included?
Normal local pickup and handling are built into the offer. If a site needs rigging, stairs, after-hours work, or unusual freight, we price that in advance.
What happens to drives and other data-bearing equipment?
We treat every drive as if it still holds your data. Handling method, responsibilities, and documentation are agreed in writing before anything leaves your site.
